So What’s Going On Here?

This is a simple and short example of a trivia quiz.  There is no front-end grading technique, though, as with other forms, the answers can be transmitted and recorded.  In this case, it is meant to be informative and, hopefully, fun.

The form utilizes conditional fields along with variable width settings.  For the first question, the user is given immediate feedback on any chosen answer.  This is via conditional Note fields that are constructed serially in the form hierarchy.  All of the Note fields are of the same variable width.

The second question also gives immediate feedback, but only after reaching the correct conclusion.

Finally, using the Redirect option, the user can be led to another page or the user can merely leave the page.
